On Monday, March 29 at 4PM EST, Dr. Daniel Coleman will be presenting “Site-Particular Performance and Trans Ecological World-Making.” The talk will address site-particular performance making as a methodological inquiry into place for Afro-descendant, Native/Indigenous, and mixed-descendent people, imaging the sites of Greensboro, NC, US, and San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, México as co-created by those moving through them. This talk will discuss what is revealed about place through performance-making.
